The Ultimate Double Cheeseburger Pizza Stack is a towering mash-up of two classics: juicy cheeseburgers and cheesy pizza, layered into one ridiculous (and ridiculously delicious) creation. Perfect for game day, parties, or anytime you want to shock and awe your taste buds. 🍕🍔🔥


🍔🍕 Ultimate Double Cheeseburger Pizza Stack

📝 Ingredients (Serves 6–8)

For the beef layer:

  • 1 ½ lbs ground beef

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tbsp ketchup

  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard

  • 1/4 cup diced pickles (optional but awesome)

For the stack:

  • 2 store-bought or homemade pizza crusts (about 10–12 inches)

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar (or a cheddar–mozzarella blend)

  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce or burger sauce (see below)

  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced

  • 1 cup chopped lettuce (optional, for topping)

  • 1 tomato, sliced (optional)

  • 1/4 cup sliced pickles (for garnish)

  • Sesame seeds (for that burger bun vibe)


🍔 Optional “Burger Sauce”:

Mix together:

  • 1/4 cup mayo

  • 1 tbsp ketchup

  • 1 tbsp mustard

  • 1 tsp pickle juice

  • Pinch of smoked paprika


🔥 Instructions

1. Cook the beef:

  • Brown the ground beef in a skillet with salt, pepper, garlic powder, ketchup, and mustard.

  • Stir in diced pickles if using. Cook until fully browned, then set aside.

2. Prep the pizza layers:

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

  • If using raw dough, par-bake each crust for 5–7 minutes so they firm up slightly.

3. Assemble the bottom layer:

  • Place the first crust on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

  • Spread half the burger sauce or pizza sauce.

  • Top with half the cooked beef, cheese, and a few onion slices.

  • Add the second crust on top.

4. Top it off:

  • Spread remaining sauce on top crust.

  • Add rest of beef, cheese, red onion, and a few pickle slices if you like them baked in.

  • Sprinkle sesame seeds over the top for fun.

5. Bake:

  • Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until cheese is melty and crust is golden.

6. Finish strong:

  • Let it rest 5 minutes, then top with shredded lettuce, tomato slices, and more pickles if desired.

  • Slice like a pizza — eat like a burger!


🔁 Variations:

  • Spicy version: Add jalapeños or spicy ketchup to the beef.

  • Double stack: Use 3 crusts and 2 beef layers (yes, it’s a beast).

  • Low-carb version: Use low-carb wraps or thin cauliflower crusts.
