Here’s a delicious and satisfying recipe for Parmesan Crusted Chicken with Creamy Garlic Sauce — a crispy, cheesy chicken cutlet topped with a rich, garlicky cream sauce. Perfect for a weeknight dinner or date night at home.


🍗 Parmesan Crusted Chicken with Creamy Garlic Sauce

🛒 Ingredients:

For the Parmesan Crusted Chicken:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (pounded to even thickness)

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs (or regular)

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning

  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

  • 2 eggs, beaten

  • 2–3 tbsp olive oil, for pan-frying

For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp flour (for thickening)

  • 1 cup heavy cream (or half-and-half)

  • ¼ cup chicken broth

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • Chopped parsley, for garnish


🧑‍🍳 Instructions:

1. Prepare the Chicken:

  • In a shallow bowl, mix Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

  • Dip chicken into the beaten eggs, then press into the Parmesan mixture to coat evenly.

2. Cook the Chicken:

  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  • Cook chicken for 4–5 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through (internal temp: 165°F / 74°C).

  • Remove from pan and set aside (keep warm).

3. Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce:

  • In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.

  • Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.

  • Slowly whisk in cream and broth, simmer until thickened (about 4–5 minutes).

  • Stir in Parmesan, and season with salt and pepper to taste.

4. Assemble:

  • Return chicken to skillet or plate chicken and spoon sauce over the top.

  • Garnish with fresh parsley.


🍽️ Serve With:

  • Mashed potatoes, pasta, or rice

  • Steamed broccoli or sautéed green beans

  • Garlic bread or a fresh salad
