Here’s a quick, crispy, and delicious recipe for Air Fryer Roasted Potatoes — a perfect side dish that’s golden on the outside, tender inside, and ready in under 25 minutes!


🥔 Air Fryer Roasted Potatoes

Prep Time: 5–10 minutes
Cook Time: 18–22 minutes
Total Time: ~25 minutes


🛒 Ingredients:

  • 1½ lbs baby potatoes (red, gold, or mixed), halved or quartered

  • 1½ tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • ½ tsp dried rosemary or thyme (optional)

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)


🧑‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Prep the potatoes:
    Wash and cut potatoes into even-sized chunks (1 to 1½ inches for even cooking).

  2. Season:
    In a bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, herbs, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

  3. Air fry:

    • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.

    • Add potatoes in a single layer (work in batches if needed).

    • Air fry for 18–22 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy.

  4. Serve:
    Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley or a squeeze of lemon, and serve hot.


🔄 Flavor Ideas:

  • Parmesan Ranch: Add 2 tbsp grated Parmesan + 1 tsp ranch seasoning after air frying.

  • Spicy Kick: Add ½ tsp cayenne or smoked paprika.

  • Garlic Butter: Toss with melted butter and minced garlic after air frying.
