Here’s a simple and delicious Easy Baked Meatballs recipe:

🍽️ Easy Baked Meatballs

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes
Total Time: 30 minutes
Servings: About 4 (makes ~20 meatballs)

🧂 Ingredients:

  • 1 lb (450g) ground beef (or mix with ground pork)

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (plain or Italian-style)

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional, but recommended)

  • 1/4 cup milk

  • 1 large egg

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced (or 1/2 tsp garlic powder)

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning (or oregano/basil blend)

  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley (optional, for freshness)

🔥 Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

  2. Mix ingredients: In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients. Use your hands or a spoon to mix until just combined—don’t overmix.

  3. Shape meatballs: Roll into 1 to 1½-inch balls (about the size of a ping-pong ball) and place on the prepared baking sheet.

  4. Bake: Cook in the preheated oven for 18–20 minutes, or until browned and cooked through (internal temp should be 160°F/71°C).

  5. Optional step: For extra flavor, simmer baked meatballs in marinara sauce for 5–10 minutes before serving.

📝 Serving Ideas:

  • With spaghetti and marinara sauce

  • In a sub sandwich

  • On top of mashed potatoes or rice

  • As an appetizer with dipping sauce
