Pep Dip

Posted on August 2, 2025
Here’s a tasty and super easy Pep Dip (short for pepperoni dip) recipe — perfect for game day, parties, or anytime you want a cheesy, spicy, meaty crowd-pleaser. 🧀🌶️🍕

🔥 Pep Dip (Hot Pepperoni Dip)

🧀 Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 cup sour cream (or mayo for richness)

  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 cup chopped pepperoni (or mini pepperoni)

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

  • Optional: red pepper flakes for heat

  • Optional: 1/4 cup chopped green onions or jalapeños for extra zing

🔥 Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Mix it all up:

    • In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, pepperoni, and seasonings.

    • Stir until well mixed. (You can microwave the cream cheese for 20 seconds if needed to soften.)

  3. Bake:

    • Spread into a small baking dish (like an 8×8 or round dish).

    • Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.

  4. Serve hot:

    • With crackers, toasted baguette slices, tortilla chips, or veggie sticks.

📝 Tips:

  • For a pizza-like flavor, stir in 2 tbsp of pizza sauce or top with extra mozzarella before baking.

  • Want it cold? This dip also works as a chilled spread—just mix everything (minus baking) and refrigerate.

Would you like a cold version, a low-carb option, or a spicy twist?
