Air Fryer Rosemary Chicken.

Here’s a flavorful and easy recipe for Air Fryer Rosemary Chicken — crispy skin, juicy meat, and infused with fresh herbs in under 30 minutes!


🍗 Air Fryer Rosemary Chicken

📝 Ingredients:

  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs or drumsticks (or 2 chicken breasts if preferred)

  • 1½ tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped (or 1 tsp dried rosemary)

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • ½ tsp paprika (optional, for color)

  • Juice of ½ lemon (optional, for brightness)


🔥 Instructions:

1. Prep the Chicken

  • Pat chicken dry with paper towels (crispy skin needs dry skin).

  • In a small bowl, mix olive oil, rosemary, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.

2. Season

  • Rub the rosemary oil mixture all over the chicken, including under the skin if possible.

3. Preheat the Air Fryer

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.

4. Air Fry

  • Place chicken in a single layer, skin side up.

  • Cook for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through:

    • Thighs/legs: ~25 minutes

    • Breasts: ~20 minutes, depending on thickness

✅ Internal temp should reach 165°F (74°C) in the thickest part.

5. Rest & Serve

  • Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

  • Optional: squeeze fresh lemon juice over just before serving.


🥦 Serving Suggestions:

  • Roasted potatoes or veggies (you can cook them in the air fryer too!)

  • Side salad with vinaigrette

  • Garlic green beans or steamed broccoli


🌿 Variations:

  • Use thyme or oregano with rosemary for a Mediterranean twist.

  • Add crushed red pepper for a little heat.

  • Marinate the chicken overnight in the rosemary mixture for even deeper flavor.
