🧀🥐 Cheesy Stuffed Puff Pastry
Ingredients (Makes 8–10 pieces):

1 sheet puff pastry, thawed

1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, Gruyère, or a mix)

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

1 tbsp fresh parsley or chives, chopped (optional)

½ tsp garlic powder or Italian seasoning (optional)

Salt & pepper, to taste
🔧 Instructions:
1. Prep the Puff Pastry:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface into a 10″x10″ square.

Cut into 8–10 rectangles or squares (depending on size desired).
2. Stuff with Cheese:

Add 1–2 tablespoons of shredded cheese to one half of each rectangle.

Sprinkle with herbs, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt/pepper if using.

Fold the pastry over and seal edges with a fork.
3. Brush & Bake:

Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.

Optional: sprinkle a little extra cheese or herbs on top.

Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden and puffed.
4. Serve:

Serve warm on their own, or with marinara, honey mustard, or spicy ranch for dipping.
