Cheesy Garlic Crescent Rolls

Posted on July 31, 2025
Here’s a super easy and addictive side dish or snack: Cheesy Garlic Crescent Rolls — soft, buttery, garlicky, and stuffed with melty cheese. Perfect for pasta night, holiday appetizers, or anytime you’re craving warm, cheesy bread!

🧄🧀 Cheesy Garlic Crescent Rolls

Ingredients (Makes 8 rolls):

  • 1 can (8-count) refrigerated crescent roll dough

  • 4 mozzarella cheese sticks, halved (or 1 cup shredded mozzarella)

  • 3 tbsp butter, melted

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 tsp dried parsley)

  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for topping)

🔧 Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Prepare Garlic Butter:

    • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley.

  3. Assemble the Rolls:

    • Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.

    • Place half a mozzarella stick (or a spoonful of shredded cheese) at the wide end of each triangle.

    • Roll up tightly, tucking in sides slightly so cheese doesn’t ooze out.

  4. Brush and Bake:

    • Place rolls on baking sheet, seam side down.

    • Brush tops with the garlic butter mixture.

    • Sprinkle with Parmesan, if using.

  5. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.

  6. Serve Warm:

    • Great with marinara sauce, ranch, or pesto for dipping!

✅ Tips & Variations:

  • Add a slice of pepperoni or cooked bacon inside each roll.

  • Use Italian blend cheese or cheddar for variety.

  • For extra garlic flavor, brush again with garlic butter after baking.
