🔥🧀 Dorito Casserole
Ingredients (Serves 6–8):

1 lb ground beef (or ground chicken or turkey)

1 small onion, diced

1 packet taco seasoning (or 2 tbsp homemade mix)

1 can (10 oz) Rotel (diced tomatoes with green chilies), drained

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken or mushroom soup
-
½ cup sour cream
-
2 cups shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese, divided

4–5 cups Nacho Cheese Doritos, crushed slightly
🔧 Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish.

Cook the beef:

In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onion until browned.

Drain excess grease.
-
Stir in taco seasoning and Rotel, simmer for 2–3 minutes.

Make the creamy filling:

In a bowl, mix the cream of soup, sour cream, and 1 cup of shredded cheese.

Add the beef mixture and stir to combine.

Layer the casserole:

Spread half of the crushed Doritos in the bottom of the baking dish.

Pour the beef mixture over the chips and spread evenly.

Top with the remaining Doritos, then sprinkle with the remaining cheese.

Bake:

Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, until hot and bubbly and cheese is melted.

Serve:

Garnish with chopped cilantro, sliced green onions, diced tomatoes, or jalapeños if desired.
