Ingredients (Serves 2–4):

1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into 1-inch cubes

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp smoked paprika (optional for smoky flavor)
For the Garlic Butter:

2 tbsp unsalted butter

2–3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (or ½ tsp dried parsley)

Optional: squeeze of lemon juice for brightness
🔧 Instructions:
1. Season the Steak:

In a bowl, toss steak cubes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

Let sit for 10–15 minutes to absorb flavor (room temp helps even cooking).
2. Air Fry the Steak Bites:

Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.

Arrange steak bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket (cook in batches if needed).

Air fry for 7–10 minutes, shaking halfway through, until desired doneness:
