🍔🧄🧈 Garlic Butter Beef Cheeseburger Rollups
Ingredients (Makes 8 rollups):

1 lb ground beef

½ small onion, finely chopped (optional but tasty)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 tube refrigerated crescent roll dough (or 1 sheet pizza dough, cut into 8 pieces)

2 tbsp butter, melted

2 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (optional for extra flavor)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Optional garnishes: sesame seeds, pickles, ketchup, mustard for dipping
🔧 Instructions:
1. Cook the Beef Filling:

In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onion until browned and fully cooked.

Drain excess grease.

Stir in Worcestershire (if using), salt, and pepper.

Remove from heat and let cool slightly, then mix in the shredded cheddar cheese.
2. Prepare Dough:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Unroll the crescent dough and separate into triangles (or divide pizza dough into 8 rectangles or triangles).

Spoon about 2–3 tbsp of beef mixture onto the wider end of each triangle.

Roll up like a crescent roll, tucking in sides if needed.
3. Garlic Butter Glaze:

Mix melted butter and minced garlic.

Brush over the tops of the rollups.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
4. Bake:

Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
5. Serve:

Serve warm with ketchup, mustard, or burger sauce for dipping.

Add chopped pickles or shredded lettuce on the side if you want the full burger vibe.
