🍔🧄🧈 Garlic Butter Beef Cheeseburger Rollups

Ingredients (Makes 8 rollups):

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • ½ small onion, finely chopped (optional but tasty)

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 tube refrigerated crescent roll dough (or 1 sheet pizza dough, cut into 8 pieces)

  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (optional for extra flavor)

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Optional garnishes: sesame seeds, pickles, ketchup, mustard for dipping

🔧 Instructions:

1. Cook the Beef Filling:

  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onion until browned and fully cooked.

  • Drain excess grease.

  • Stir in Worcestershire (if using), salt, and pepper.

  • Remove from heat and let cool slightly, then mix in the shredded cheddar cheese.

2. Prepare Dough:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • Unroll the crescent dough and separate into triangles (or divide pizza dough into 8 rectangles or triangles).

  • Spoon about 2–3 tbsp of beef mixture onto the wider end of each triangle.

  • Roll up like a crescent roll, tucking in sides if needed.

3. Garlic Butter Glaze:

  • Mix melted butter and minced garlic.

  • Brush over the tops of the rollups.

  • Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.

4. Bake:

  • Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

  • Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

5. Serve:

  • Serve warm with ketchup, mustard, or burger sauce for dipping.

  • Add chopped pickles or shredded lettuce on the side if you want the full burger vibe.

✅ Tips & Variations:

  • Add a little bacon or diced pickles to the beef mixture for extra flavor.

  • Use pepper jack cheese for a spicy twist.

  • Great for meal prep: reheat in the oven or air fryer to keep them crispy.
