ππ Berries & Banana Smoothie
Ingredients (Serves 1β2):

1 ripe banana (fresh or frozen)

1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries β fresh or frozen)

ΒΎ cup milk (any kind β dairy, almond, oat, etc.)

Optional add-ins:

Β½ cup plain or vanilla yogurt (for creaminess and protein)

1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (if extra sweetness is needed)

1 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseed (for fiber)

A handful of spinach (for a veggie boost β you wonβt taste it!)

Ice cubes if using fresh fruit and you want it colder
