What you need:

  • Bacon (regular-cut, not thick-cut for max crisp)

  • Baking sheet

  • Wire rack (optional)

  • Parchment paper or foil (for easy cleanup)

Steps:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).

  2. Line baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.

  3. Place bacon on a wire rack over the baking sheet (or directly on the sheet if you prefer).

  4. Don’t overlap slices – they need room to crisp.
