Here’s a quick and tasty recipe for Garlic Butter Air Fryer Mushrooms — perfectly tender, flavorful, and ready in minutes!


🍄🧄 Garlic Butter Air Fryer Mushrooms

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz whole button or cremini mushrooms, cleaned and trimmed

  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning or fresh herbs (parsley, thyme)

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Optional: chopped fresh parsley for garnish


🔪 Instructions:

  1. Preheat Air Fryer:
    Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.

  2. Prepare Mushrooms:
    In a bowl, toss mushrooms with melted butter, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

  3. Air Fry:
    Place mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer (work in batches if needed).
    Cook for 10–12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until mushrooms are tender and browned.

  4. Serve:
    Transfer to a serving dish, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and enjoy!
