🥔 Crispy Air Fryer Potato Slices
Ingredients:

2–3 medium potatoes (Yukon Gold or Russet work great)

1–2 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 teaspoon salt (to taste)

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Optional: garlic powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, or fresh herbs
Instructions:

Prep the Potatoes:

Wash and scrub the potatoes clean (peel if you prefer).

Slice into even 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick rounds using a sharp knife or mandoline.

Soak (Optional but recommended):

Place slices in a bowl of cold water for 15–30 minutes to remove excess starch.

Drain and pat completely dry with a clean towel or paper towel.

Season:

Toss the dry potato slices in a bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper, and any additional seasonings.

Air Fry:

Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

Place the slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket (cook in batches if needed).

Air fry for 10–15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
