1. Prep the Chicken:

Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels.

Pound to even thickness if needed (helps cook evenly).
2. Season:

In a small bowl, mix olive oil, rosemary, garlic, salt, pepper, and lemon zest.

Rub the mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.
