🧄🧀 Baked Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges
Golden brown on the outside, tender on the inside, and bursting with flavor.

4 medium russet potatoes, scrubbed and cut into wedges

3 tbsp olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 tsp Italian seasoning
-
1/2 tsp paprika (optional for color and flavor)

1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Optional: ranch or marinara for dipping
🔪 Instructions
1. Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
2. Prep the Potatoes

Cut each potato into 6–8 long wedges, depending on size.

Soak the wedges in cold water for 15–20 minutes (optional but helps them crisp up).

Drain and pat dry thoroughly with a towel.
3. Season

In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with:

Olive oil

Minced garlic

Salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, paprika

Half of the Parmesan cheese (reserve the other half for later)

4. Arrange and Bake

Place the wedges skin-side down in a single layer on the baking sheet.

Bake for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.

In the last 5 minutes, sprinkle the remaining Parmesan over the wedges and return to the oven until melted and lightly golden.
5. Garnish and Serve

Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
