Here’s a simple and delicious Steak Bites with Garlic Butter recipe — juicy, flavorful, and perfect for a quick dinner or appetizer!

🥩 Steak Bites with Garlic Butter

🔪 Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ lbs sirloin steak (or ribeye, NY strip), cut into 1-inch cubes

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)

  • Red pepper flakes (optional, for a bit of heat)

🍳 Instructions:

  1. Prep the Steak:

    • Pat the steak cubes dry with paper towels (this helps with browning).

    • Season generously with salt and pepper.

  2. Sear the Steak:

    • Heat olive oil in a large skillet (cast iron works great) over medium-high heat.

    • When the pan is hot, add the steak cubes in a single layer — do not overcrowd. Cook in batches if needed.

    • Sear for 2–3 minutes per side until nicely browned and medium-rare to medium inside. Remove to a plate.

  3. Make Garlic Butter:

    • In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium.

    • Add the butter and let it melt.

    • Stir in minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds (until fragrant, but not browned).

  4. Toss & Finish:

    • Return the steak bites to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter.

    • Cook for another 1–2 minutes just to warm through.

  5. Garnish:

    • Sprinkle with chopped parsley and red pepper flakes, if using.

    • Serve immediately.

🍽️ Serving Ideas:

  • Over mashed potatoes, rice, or pasta

  • With crusty bread to soak up the garlic butter

  • As a party appetizer with toothpicks
