🧀 Air Fryer Cheesy Potato Balls
Ingredients:

2 cups mashed potatoes (cooled and firm)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or cheese cubes for a gooey center)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan (optional for extra flavor)

1/4 cup chopped green onions or herbs (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

1/2 teaspoon paprika or chili flakes (optional for a kick)
For Coating:

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1–2 eggs, beaten

1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
Instructions:

Prepare Potato Mixture:

In a large bowl, mix mashed potatoes with salt, pepper, garlic powder, Parmesan, and green onions.

Take about 1 tablespoon of mixture and flatten it slightly in your palm.

Place a small cube or pinch of mozzarella in the center and roll into a ball, sealing the cheese inside.

Coat the Balls:

Roll each ball in flour.

Dip into beaten egg.

Coat with breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.

Air Fry:

Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

Spray the basket lightly with oil and place the balls in a single layer (do not overcrowd).

Spray or brush the balls lightly with oil for extra crispiness.

Cook for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden and crispy.

Let cool for a few minutes before serving (the cheese inside will be very hot!).
