Here’s a quick and easy Air Fryer Tortilla Pizza recipe — a crispy, thin-crust pizza that comes together in about 10 minutes!


🍕 Air Fryer Tortilla Pizza

Ingredients (1 serving):

  • 1 large flour tortilla (8–10 inches)

  • 2–3 tbsp pizza sauce (or marinara)

  • ⅓ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • Toppings of your choice (e.g., pepperoni, sliced bell peppers, mushrooms, olives)

  • Optional: olive oil spray, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes


Instructions:

  1. Preheat Air Fryer:

    • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3 minutes.

  2. Prepare the Tortilla Base:

    • Lightly spray one side of the tortilla with olive oil (optional for crispiness).

    • Place the tortilla (oiled side down) on a cutting board or plate.

  3. Add Toppings:

    • Spread sauce evenly on the tortilla.

    • Sprinkle cheese over the sauce.

    • Add your favorite toppings.

    • Optional: Sprinkle with Italian seasoning or red pepper flakes.

  4. Air Fry:

    • Carefully place the tortilla pizza into the air fryer basket.

    • Air fry for 4–6 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the edges are crispy and golden.

  5. Serve:

    • Use tongs or a spatula to remove. Let cool for 1–2 minutes (it will crisp more as it cools).

    • Slice and enjoy!

  • Margherita: Fresh mozzarella, tomato slices, and basil.

  • BBQ Chicken: BBQ sauce, shredded chicken, red onion, cheddar.

  • Veggie: Mushrooms, spinach, onions, bell peppers.

  • Low-carb: Use a low-carb or whole wheat tortilla.
