Here’s a super easy and delicious recipe for Air Fryer Bacon & Egg Toast — perfect for busy mornings or lazy brunches. It’s like a mini breakfast all-in-one: crispy toast, savory bacon, and a perfectly cooked egg!


🍳 Air Fryer Bacon & Egg Toast

🧾 Ingredients:

  • 2 slices bread (thick-cut works best)

  • 2 slices bacon (pre-cooked or par-cooked)

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tbsp butter (optional)

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • Optional toppings: shredded cheese, chopped herbs, hot sauce


👨‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Prep your bread:

    • Lightly butter one side of each slice (optional).

    • Use a spoon to press down the center of the bread slightly to make a shallow “well” — this helps hold the egg.

  2. Add bacon:

    • Lay a slice of cooked or par-cooked bacon around the edge of the well like a frame. You can cut it to fit or fold it in a U-shape.

  3. Crack the egg:

    • Carefully crack an egg into the well in the center. Try to keep the yolk intact.

  4. Season & (optional) top:

    • Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and any extras (like shredded cheese or paprika).

  5. Air fry:

    • Place the toast slices in the air fryer basket.

    • Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 7–10 minutes, depending on how runny or set you like your egg. Start checking around 7 minutes.

  6. Serve:

    • Sprinkle with herbs or hot sauce if desired, and enjoy immediately!

  • Use pre-cooked bacon for faster results and better texture.

  • Try with sourdough, brioche, or Texas toast for a sturdy base.

  • Add spinach, avocado, or tomato slices under the egg for extra nutrition.

  • Make a mini breakfast pizza version with marinara and mozzarella!
