Instructions:

  1. Prepare the vegetables:

    • Peel and slice cucumbers (thin or thick, depending on preference).

    • Slice the onion and cut tomatoes into wedges or chunks.

  2. Make the marinade:

    • In a bowl or large measuring cup, combine vinegar, water, olive oil, sugar, salt, pepper, and any dried herbs.

    • Whisk until sugar is dissolved.

  3. Combine:

    • Place cucumbers, onions, and tomatoes in a large bowl or container.
