🧄 Crispy Chicken Nuggets Recipe
📝 Ingredients:

2 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

1 cup buttermilk (or 1 cup milk + 1 tbsp lemon juice)

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 cup breadcrumbs (panko for extra crisp)

1/2 cup cornstarch

1 tsp paprika
-
1 tsp garlic powder
-
1/2 tsp black pepper
-
1 tsp salt

Oil for frying (vegetable, canola, or peanut oil)
🍳 Instructions:

Marinate the Chicken
Place chicken pieces in a bowl with the buttermilk. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to overnight for more flavor). -
Prepare the Coating
In another bowl, mix:-
Flour

Cornstarch

Paprika

Garlic powder

Salt and pepper
In a third bowl, place the breadcrumbs.

Coat the Chicken

Remove chicken from buttermilk.

Dredge each piece in the flour mixture, then dip back into the buttermilk briefly, then roll in breadcrumbs.
