📝 Ingredients (Makes ~12 balls)

Salt & pepper, to taste

1/4 cup chicken or turkey broth (as needed for moisture)
For Coating & Baking/Frying

1/2 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)

1 tablespoon melted butter or olive oil (if baking)

Optional: cranberry sauce or gravy for dipping
🔧 Instructions
1. Preheat Oven or Air Fryer

Oven: 400°F (200°C)

Air fryer: 375°F (190°C)

You can also pan-fry in oil for a crispier texture.
2. Mix the Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine:

Stuffing

Egg

Garlic and onion powder

Add a little broth as needed to moisten — mixture should hold together when shaped but not be wet.
3. Form Balls

Scoop and roll into golf ball-sized portions (about 2 tablespoons each).

Roll each in breadcrumbs for a crisp coating.

Bake: Place on a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet. Drizzle or brush with butter/oil. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and crisp.

Pan-fry: Heat a thin layer of oil in a skillet and fry until golden on all sides, 6–8 minutes total.
