π Easy Air Fryer Cheeseburger Egg Rolls

Makes: ~10 egg rolls
π§ Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

1/2 small onion, finely chopped

1/2 tsp garlic powder
-
Salt & pepper to taste

1/4 cup ketchup
-
1 tbsp yellow mustard (optional)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

10 egg roll wrappers
-
Cooking spray or a little oil for brushing

Pickles (optional, chopped, for the filling or served on the side)
πͺ Instructions:
1. Cook the Filling:

In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until fully browned.

Drain excess grease.

Add garlic powder, salt, pepper, ketchup, and mustard. Stir to combine and heat through.

Remove from heat and let it cool for a few minutes.

Stir in shredded cheese (and pickles if using).
2. Assemble the Egg Rolls:

Lay an egg roll wrapper with a corner facing you (like a diamond).

Spoon about 2β3 tablespoons of the cheeseburger mixture in the center.

Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll up tightly.

Seal the top edge with a dab of water.
3. Air Fry the Egg Rolls:

Preheat air fryer to 375Β°F (190Β°C) for 3β5 minutes.
