🍋 Lemon Butter Baked Shrimp
🧾 Ingredients (Serves 4)

1 lb (450 g) raw shrimp, peeled and deveined (tail on or off)

4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

3 cloves garlic, minced

Juice of 1 lemon (about 2 tbsp)

Zest of ½ lemon (optional but flavorful)

1 tsp paprika (optional)

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 tsp dried)

Optional garnish: lemon slices or wedges
🔥 Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or oven-safe skillet.

Arrange shrimp in a single layer in the dish.

In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest (if using), paprika, salt, and pepper.

Pour the lemon butter evenly over the shrimp.

Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until shrimp are pink, opaque, and curled. Avoid overbaking!

Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges. Serve immediately with rice, pasta, or warm bread.
