🧆 Air Fryer Potato Cheese Balls
Ingredients (Makes ~15 balls):

2 cups mashed potatoes (smooth and chilled)

1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, or a mix)

2 tbsp corn flour or all-purpose flour (for binding)

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder (optional)

Salt and black pepper, to taste

2 tbsp chopped parsley or green onions (optional)

1/2 cup breadcrumbs (for coating)

1 egg, beaten (or use milk for vegetarian option)

Oil spray (for air frying)
🔪 Instructions:
1. Prepare the Mixture

In a bowl, combine:

Mashed potatoes

Corn flour

Garlic powder, salt, pepper

Chopped herbs (if using)

Mix until well combined and firm enough to shape.
2. Add the Cheese

Scoop a tablespoon of potato mixture.

Flatten it slightly, place a small cube or pinch of cheese in the center.

Roll it into a smooth ball, sealing the cheese inside.
3. Coat the Balls

Dip each ball into the beaten egg (or milk), then roll in breadcrumbs to coat evenly.

Optional: Chill for 10–15 minutes to help them hold shape better.
4. Air Fry

Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.

Lightly spray the basket with oil.

Place balls in a single layer (don’t overcrowd).

Air fry for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Tip: For extra crunch, spray the tops lightly with oil before air frying.
