Air Fryer Chicken Wings.

Posted on June 30, 2025
Here’s a crispy, juicy Air Fryer Chicken Wings recipe — quick, easy, and much healthier than deep frying, with no compromise on flavor or crunch.

🍗 Air Fryer Chicken Wings

Ingredients (Serves 2–4):

  • 2 lbs chicken wings, split and tips removed

  • 1 tbsp baking powder (aluminum-free, helps crisp the skin)

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • Optional: ½ tsp chili powder or cayenne pepper for heat

🔥 Instructions:

  1. Prep the wings:

    • Pat wings very dry with paper towels.

    • In a large bowl, toss wings with baking powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

  2. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.

  3. Cook the wings:

    • Place wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket (you may need to cook in batches).

    • Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through.

    • Wings should be golden brown and crispy. Internal temp should reach 165°F (74°C).

  4. Optional: Toss in sauce:

    • While wings are still hot, toss them in your favorite sauce:

      • Buffalo: hot sauce + melted butter

      • BBQ: smoky or spicy barbecue sauce

      • Garlic Parmesan: melted butter + garlic + grated Parmesan

  5. Serve hot, with ranch, blue cheese dressing, celery sticks, or fries.

📝 Tips:

  • Don’t overcrowd the basket — space = crispiness.

  • For extra crispy wings, let them air-dry in the fridge for 30–60 minutes before seasoning.

  • Want saucy wings? Toss them in sauce after air frying, not before.
