Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna is a ridiculously easy, family-friendly meal that layers frozen ravioli with sauce, cheese, and sometimes meatβ€”no boiling or complicated prep needed. It’s perfect for busy weeknights or lazy weekends.

πŸ… Ingredients:

  • 1 (25 oz) bag frozen ravioli (cheese or meat-filled β€” no need to thaw)

  • 1 lb ground beef or Italian sausage (optional, for meat lovers)

  • 1 (24–26 oz) jar marinara or pasta sauce

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • Β½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • Optional: fresh basil or parsley, for garnish

  1. Brown the Meat (if using):

    • In a skillet, cook ground beef or sausage over medium heat until browned.

    • Drain excess fat.

    • Stir in marinara sauce and season with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.

  2. Layer in Crockpot:
    Lightly spray the inside of your crockpot with nonstick spray.

    • Spoon a thin layer of sauce mixture on the bottom.

    • Add a layer of frozen ravioli (single layer, overlapping slightly).

    • Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan.

    • Repeat layers (sauce β†’ ravioli β†’ cheese) until all ingredients are used up.

    • Finish with extra cheese on top.

  3. Cook:

    • Low for 4–5 hours, or

    • High for 2.5–3 hours
      (until ravioli is tender and cheese is melted and bubbly)

  4. Serve:

    • Let it sit for 10–15 minutes before serving.

    • Garnish with chopped fresh basil or parsley, if desired.
