🍗 Garlic Butter Chicken Bites

🧂 Ingredients:

1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)

1–2 tbsp olive oil

3 tbsp unsalted butter
-
4–5 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Optional: squeeze of lemon juice or red pepper flakes for extra zing
🔥 Instructions:

Season chicken pieces with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken in a single layer. Sear for 3–4 minutes without moving, then flip and cook another 3–4 minutes until golden brown and cooked through (165°F internal temperature). Work in batches if needed to avoid overcrowding.

Reduce heat to medium. Push chicken to the sides of the pan, melt in the butter, and stir in the minced garlic.

Cook for about 1–2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant, then toss everything together to coat the chicken in the garlic butter.

Optional: Finish with a squeeze of lemon or sprinkle of red pepper flakes.
