🍫 Chocolate Marbled Quarters (Marbled Cake Squares)
Ingredients:
Dry:

1½ cups (190g) all-purpose flour

1½ tsp baking powder

¼ tsp salt
Wet:

½ cup (115g) unsalted butter, softened
-
¾ cup (150g) granulated sugar
-
2 large eggs
-
1 tsp vanilla extract
-
½ cup (120ml) milk
For Chocolate Swirl:

2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
-
1–2 tbsp hot water
Instructions:

Preheat Oven:

Set to 350°F (175°C).

Grease and line an 8×8-inch (20cm) square baking pan.

Make Batter:

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.

Beat in eggs one at a time, then vanilla.

Mix in flour, baking powder, and salt alternately with milk.

Marble It:
-
Divide batter in two bowls.
-
Mix cocoa powder with hot water and stir into one bowl to make the chocolate batter.

Drop spoonfuls of each batter into the pan alternately.

Swirl gently with a knife or skewer for a marbled effect.

Bake:

Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Let cool in pan, then slice into quarters—or smaller bars if you prefer!
