π₯ Air Fryer Sliced Potatoes
π Ingredients (2β3 servings):

2β3 medium potatoes (Yukon Gold or Russet work great)

1β2 tbsp olive oil or neutral oil

Β½ tsp garlic powder

Β½ tsp paprika (optional for color)

Salt & pepper, to taste

Optional: Fresh or dried rosemary, thyme, or parmesan cheese
πͺ Prep Instructions:
1. Wash & slice:

Wash potatoes well (peel if preferred).

Slice into even rounds about β to ΒΌ inch thick (use a mandoline or sharp knife for best results).
2. Soak (optional but helpful):

Soak slices in cold water for 15β30 minutes to remove excess starch (makes them crispier).

Drain and pat dry thoroughly with a kitchen towel.
3. Season:

Toss the slices in oil, then add your spices and toss again until well coated.
π Air Fryer Instructions:

Preheat air fryer to 375Β°F (190Β°C) for 2β3 minutes.

Place potato slices in a single layer in the basket (you may need to cook in batches).

Air fry for 10β14 minutes, shaking or flipping halfway through.

Thinner slices: ~10 minutes

Thicker slices: ~12β14 minutes

π They should be golden and crisp on the edges, soft in the center.

Sprinkle with grated parmesan or fresh herbs while hot

Cheesy: Add shredded cheddar or mozzarella during the last 2 minutes

Sweet potato version: Works great too β just reduce temperature slightly (~360Β°F)
