🥔 Homemade Air Fryer Chips (Fries)
Ingredients:

2–3 large potatoes (e.g., Maris Piper, Russet)

1–2 tbsp olive oil

Salt, pepper, and optional seasonings (paprika, garlic powder, etc.)
Instructions:

Prep the potatoes:

Peel (optional) and cut into chips (around 1 cm thick).

Soak in cold water for 20–30 minutes to remove excess starch (this helps crisp them up).

Drain and pat completely dry with a towel.

Toss in a bowl with olive oil, salt, and any seasonings you like.

Air fry:

Preheat air fryer to 190°C (375°F).

Spread chips in a single layer in the basket (work in batches if needed).

Cook for 15–20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.

If not golden/crispy, cook 3–5 minutes more.
