Here’s a super quick and easy recipe for 2-Ingredient Pizza Chips — crispy, cheesy, and packed with pizza flavor. Perfect for a low-carb snack or party appetizer!


🍕 2-Ingredient Pizza Chips

Ingredients:

  1. Pepperoni slices (or turkey pepperoni)

  2. Shredded mozzarella cheese (or Italian blend cheese)


🔪 Instructions:

1. Preheat Oven:

  • Preheat to 400°F (200°C).

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

2. Assemble the Chips:

  • Lay pepperoni slices in a single layer on the baking sheet.

  • Sprinkle a small pinch of shredded mozzarella (about 1 teaspoon) on top of each slice.

3. Bake:

  • Bake for 6–8 minutes, or until cheese is melted and golden around the edges.

  • Let them cool for 2–3 minutes — they’ll crisp up more as they cool.

4. Serve:

  • Enjoy plain or serve with a side of warm marinara sauce for dipping.


✅ Optional Add-Ons (still low effort):

  • Sprinkle a pinch of Italian seasoning, garlic powder, or red pepper flakes before baking.

  • Use mini pepperoni for bite-sized chips.
