🍒 Classic Cherry Delight
Ingredients:
For the Crust:

1½ cups graham cracker crumbs (about 10–12 full crackers)

¼ cup granulated sugar

½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
For the Filling:

1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
For the Topping:

1 (21 oz) can cherry pie filling
🥣 Instructions:
1. Make the Crust:

Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl until combined.

Press evenly into the bottom of a 9×9-inch or 9×13-inch pan (depending on how thick you want the layers).

Chill in the fridge for 15–20 minutes to set.
2. Make the Creamy Filling:

In a medium bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth.

Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and beat until creamy.

Fold in whipped topping gently until fully combined and smooth.
3. Assemble:

Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chilled crust.

Spoon cherry pie filling over the top and spread gently to cover.
4. Chill:

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, to set completely.
5. Serve:

Slice into squares and serve chilled. Optional: top with extra whipped cream or a fresh cherry for flair!
