6 cups chopped romaine or iceberg lettuce (about 1 head)

6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled

Creamy Dressing Layer

1 cup mayonnaise

ΒΌ cup sour cream

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 tbsp sugar (optional)

Prep all ingredients: Chop vegetables, cook and crumble bacon, and thaw peas.

Make the dressing:
In a small bowl, whisk together the mayo, sour cream, vinegar, sugar (if using), salt, and pepper. -
Assemble the layers (bottom to top):
