🍔 Air Fryer Cheeseburger Wraps
🕒 Prep Time: 10 minutes
🕒 Cook Time: 10–12 minutes
🍽️ Servings: 4 wraps
✅ Ingredients:
-
1 lb ground beef (85–90% lean)
-
½ small onion, finely chopped
-
1 tsp garlic powder
-
1 tbsp ketchup
-
1 tbsp mustard
-
Salt & pepper, to taste
-
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or slices)
-
4 large flour tortillas (10-inch size)
-
Optional toppings: pickles, cooked bacon bits, lettuce, tomatoes
-
Olive oil spray or melted butter, for brushing
👩🍳 Instructions:
1. Cook the Beef:
-
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onion until fully browned. Drain excess fat.
-
Stir in garlic powder, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper. Cook another 2 minutes. Let cool slightly.
2. Assemble the Wraps:
-
Lay out tortillas.
-
Add a layer of cheese in the center of each.
-
Spoon about ¼ of the beef mixture over the cheese.
-
Add any optional toppings (like pickles or bacon).
-
Fold like a burrito: bottom up, sides in, then roll tightly.
3. Air Fry:
-
Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 2–3 minutes.
-
Lightly spray each wrap with olive oil or brush with melted butter.
-
Place seam-side down in the air fryer basket (don’t overcrowd).
-
Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
4. Serve:
-
Slice in half and serve hot with dipping sauces: ketchup, burger sauce, or ranch.
💡 Tips:
-
Want a Big Mac-style version? Add chopped pickles and shredded lettuce after air frying.
-
Use turkey or plant-based beef for a lighter version.
-
You can freeze un-fried wraps for a quick meal later—just thaw before air frying.
