Prepare the Strawberries:

Place strawberries and granulated sugar in a blender or food processor.

Pulse until pureed (leave a few small chunks for texture if desired).

Optional: Add vanilla or lemon juice for brightness.

Chill the puree for 15โ30 minutes if time allows.

In a cold bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar (if using) until it forms soft peaks.
