For the Veggies:

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 yellow bell pepper, sliced

1 large red onion, sliced

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste
To Serve:

Warm flour or corn tortillas

Marinate the Steak:

In a bowl or zip-top bag, combine all marinade ingredients.

Add steak and coat well. Marinate for at least 30 minutes (up to 8 hours in the fridge for more flavor).

Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add bell peppers and onions, season with salt and pepper.
