Here’s a Fresh Fruit Salad Recipe that’s vibrant, naturally sweet, and perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a refreshing dessert. It’s simple, customizable, and can be dressed up with a zesty citrus-honey dressing.

Fruit (choose a mix for color and texture):

  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled and halved

  • 1 Β½ cups blueberries

  • 2 cups pineapple, chopped

  • 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced

  • 1 cup red grapes, halved

  • 2 oranges, peeled and segmented (or use canned mandarin oranges, drained)

  • 1 banana, sliced (add right before serving)

  • Optional: 1 mango, peeled and cubed or 1 apple (tossed in a little lemon juice to prevent browning)

Citrus-Honey Dressing:

  • Juice of 1 orange (about 1/4 cup)

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

  • 1 tsp finely chopped mint (optional)

1. Prepare the fruit

Wash, peel, and cut all your fruit into bite-sized pieces. Place them in a large mixing bowl.

2. Make the dressing

In a small bowl, whisk together orange juice, lime juice, honey, and chopped mint (if using).

3. Combine and chill

Pour the dressing over the fruit and gently toss to coat. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes for best flavor.

4. Serve

Just before serving, stir in the banana slices. Serve cold in bowls or cups. Garnish with extra mint or a sprinkle of shredded coconut if desired.
