🥚 Ingredients:

10 large eggs

1 cup cooked ground sausage (pork, turkey, or chicken sausage)

1/4 cup chopped onions

1/4 cup chopped spinach or kale (optional)

🔪 Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray a 12-cup muffin tin with oil or use silicone liners.

Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
