Here’s a Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken recipe that’s rich, flavorful, and perfect for a cozy dinner:


Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ¾ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup baby spinach (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Season Chicken:
    • Pat chicken dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Sear Chicken:
    • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
    • Sear chicken breasts for about 5–6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
    • Remove and set aside.
  3. Make Sauce:
    • In the same skillet, lower heat and add the minced garlic. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
    • Pour in the chicken broth and scrape up any browned bits.
    • Add the heavy cream, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning. Stir until smooth.
  4. Simmer & Combine:
    • Simmer sauce for 3–4 minutes to thicken.
    • Optional: Stir in spinach until wilted.
    • Return chicken to skillet and spoon sauce over the top. Simmer for another 2–3 minutes.
  5. Serve:
    • Garnish with chopped parsley and more Parmesan if desired.
    • Serve over pasta, mashed potatoes, or with steamed veggies.

Tips:

  • For extra flavor, add a splash of white wine before the cream.
  • Substitute with boneless chicken thighs for juicier results.
  • Add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
