🥩 Juicy Steak with Creamy Garlic Sauce
🍖 Ingredients – For the Steak:

2 ribeye or sirloin steaks (1 to 1.5 inches thick)

Salt and freshly ground black pepper

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon butter

2–3 garlic cloves (smashed)
🧄 Ingredients – For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:

1 tablespoon butter
-
4 garlic cloves (minced)
-
½ cup heavy cream
-
¼ cup beef broth (or chicken broth)
-
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
-
Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard or a splash of Worcestershire sauce

Chopped parsley (for garnish)
🔥 Instructions:
1. Prep the Steaks

Bring steaks to room temperature for even cooking.

Pat dry and season generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
2. Sear the Steaks

Heat a cast-iron skillet or heavy pan over high heat.

Add olive oil and let it get hot.

Sear steaks for 2–4 minutes per side (depending on thickness and doneness).

Add butter and smashed garlic to the pan in the last minute, basting the steaks.

Remove and let rest under foil for 5–10 minutes.
3. Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce

In the same pan (don’t wipe it out), reduce heat to medium.

Add 1 tbsp butter, then sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds).

Stir in beef broth and scrape up any browned bits.

Add heavy cream, Parmesan, and optional Dijon/Worcestershire.

Simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Serve

Slice steak and spoon the creamy garlic sauce over the top.
