Here’s a delicious, versatile idea: Puff Pastry Appetizers — flaky, golden bites perfect for parties, holidays, or snacking. You can go savory or sweet, but here’s a savory version that’s easy, elegant, and crowd-pleasing.


🧀 Savory Puff Pastry Appetizers (3 Easy Variations)

🛒 Base Ingredients:

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry (thawed if frozen)

  • 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)

  • Optional toppings/fillings below


👨‍🍳 Option 1: Cheese & Herb Twists

Ingredients:

  • Grated Parmesan or cheddar

  • Dried oregano or thyme

  • Black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Roll out puff pastry slightly and brush with egg wash.

  2. Sprinkle with cheese, herbs, and pepper.

  3. Cut into strips, twist them, and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 12–15 min until golden and crisp.

Ingredients:

  • Cherry tomatoes (halved)
