Here’s a truly Best-Ever Chicken Salad recipe—creamy, crunchy, flavorful, and super versatile. Perfect for sandwiches, lettuce wraps, crackers, or just eating by the spoonful!


🥗 The Best Chicken Salad

✨ Why It’s the Best:

  • Tender shredded chicken

  • Creamy dressing with tang and zip

  • Crunch from celery and nuts

  • Touch of sweetness from grapes or apples

  • Customizable, meal-prep friendly, and addictively good.


🧾 Ingredients:

  • 3 cups cooked chicken (shredded or chopped) – rotisserie works great

  • ½ cup mayo (or half mayo, half Greek yogurt for a lighter version)

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 tsp lemon juice or apple cider vinegar

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • 2 celery stalks, finely chopped

  • ¼ cup red onion or green onion, finely chopped

  • ½ cup red grapes (halved) or 1 small apple (diced)

  • ¼ cup chopped pecans or almonds (optional)

  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill or parsley (optional)


👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix mayo, mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  2. Add the chicken, celery, onion, grapes/apples, and nuts.

  3. Toss everything gently until evenly coated.

  4. Taste and adjust seasoning.

  5. Chill for 30 minutes (optional but recommended).


🥪 Serve It:
