Here’s a super easy and addictive recipe for 2-Ingredient Pizza Chips — perfect for a quick snack, keto-friendly treat, or game day bite!


🍕 2-Ingredient Pizza Chips

✅ Ingredients:

  • Shredded mozzarella cheese (or your favorite melty cheese)

  • Pepperoni slices (regular or turkey)


🔥 Instructions:

Oven Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Place tablespoon-sized mounds of shredded cheese spaced out on the tray.

  3. Top each mound with 1 pepperoni slice.

  4. Bake for 6–8 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and edges are golden.

  5. Cool for 5 minutes — they’ll crisp up as they sit.

Air Fryer Method:

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Use parchment liner or lightly oil the basket/tray.

  3. Add cheese piles with pepperoni on top (work in batches).

  4. Air fry for 4–5 minutes, checking for crispiness.

  5. Let cool before serving.


🍽 Optional Toppings:

  • Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, chili flakes, or garlic powder.

  • Serve with a side of warm marinara sauce for dipping.

Want a cheese-only version? Just skip the pepperoni! Bake until golden for crispy cheese chips.
