Here’s a vibrant and nourishing Beet & Ginger Immunity Tonic—perfect for boosting your immune system, supporting digestion, and fighting inflammation.


🥤 Beet & Ginger Immunity Tonic

✅ Ingredients (Makes ~2 servings):

  • 1 medium raw beet, peeled and chopped

  • 1–2 inch piece fresh ginger, peeled

  • 1 medium carrot (optional, for sweetness)

  • Juice of 1 lemon (or ½ orange for a milder version)

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (with the “mother”)

  • 1–2 tsp raw honey or maple syrup (optional)

  • 1 cup cold water or coconut water

  • Pinch of black pepper (enhances absorption of antioxidants)


🌀 Instructions:

  1. Blend It:
    Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth.

  2. Strain (Optional):
    For a smoother tonic, strain through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth.

  3. Serve:
    Pour into a glass or jar. Best enjoyed chilled or over ice.
