π§π§ Baked Lobster Tails with Garlic Butter
β Ingredients:

2 lobster tails (4β6 oz each)

4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

2β3 garlic cloves, minced

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp paprika (for color)

Salt & black pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley & lemon wedges (for garnish)
πͺ How to Butterfly Lobster Tails:

Using kitchen shears, cut down the top shell of the lobster tail, lengthwise, stopping at the tail fin.

Gently pull apart the shell and lift the meat up, resting it on top of the shell, while still attached at the base (this is called “butterflying”).

Make a shallow cut down the center of the meat to help it cook evenly and hold the garlic butter.

Preheat oven to 425Β°F (220Β°C).

Make the garlic butter:

In a bowl, combine melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Brush the lobster meat generously with the garlic butter mixture.

Place lobster tails in a baking dish or on a foil-lined sheet.

Bake for 10β12 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and lightly browned.
(Internal temp should be 135β140Β°F) -
Optional broil: For extra golden tops, broil for the last 1β2 minutes β but watch closely to avoid burning.
