Air Fryer Hard-Boiled Eggs

Here’s how to make perfect hard-boiled eggs in the air fryer — no boiling water, no babysitting the stove!


🥚 Air Fryer Hard-Boiled Eggs

✅ Ingredients:

  • Eggs (as many as fit in your air fryer basket in a single layer)


🔧 Instructions:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 270°F (130°C) if required by your model.

  2. Place the eggs directly in the air fryer basket in a single layer (no need to pierce or add water).

  3. Air fry at 270°F for 15–17 minutes for hard-boiled eggs.

    • Soft-boiled: 9–11 minutes

    • Medium-boiled: 12–14 minutes

  4. Transfer immediately to an ice water bath for at least 5 minutes to stop cooking and make peeling easier.

  5. Peel and enjoy, or store in the fridge for up to a week.


📝 Tips:

  • Use older eggs (5–10 days) for easier peeling.

  • If your air fryer runs hot, check at the lower end of the time range.

  • You can season or dye the eggs after cooking just like stovetop ones.
