🍳 Air Fryer Poached Eggs
✅ You’ll Need:

Eggs (fresh is best!)

Silicone muffin cups or ramekins

Water (1–2 tablespoons per cup)

Optional: spray oil or butter for greasing
🔧 Instructions:

Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 2–3 minutes.

Prepare the cups:

Lightly grease a silicone muffin cup or ramekin.

Add 1 to 1.5 tablespoons of water to each cup.

Crack 1 egg into each prepared cup (on top of the water).

Carefully place the cups into the air fryer basket.

Air fry at 375°F for 5–6 minutes for runny yolks, or 7–8 minutes for more set yolks.

Gently lift out the cups and use a spoon to slide the egg onto toast, salad, or a plate.
⚠️ Tips:

Every air fryer is different! Do a test egg first to nail your perfect timing.

If the egg whites spread too much or remain loose, try chilling the egg first or adding a splash more water.

Fresh eggs work best because the whites hold together better.
